Check-in and Check-out

Documentation

  • Domestic Guests: Provide your ID/VAT number at check-in.
  • International Guests: Provide your passport/national ID number at check-in.

Building Access

  • Parking: Spot number 4 is assigned to you.
  • Use code 999C to unlock the outdoor lock.
  • Walk up 45 steps to building number 4.
  • Enter the provided code on the electronic lock at the entrance.
  • Important: After entering the code, the green light and sound appear, then gently push to open.

Security

  • Exterior security cameras monitor the entrance and terrace for your safety.

Amenities

  • Hot Water:
    • The property has both a solar and electric water heater.
    • Electric Water Heater: On the electrical panel where the hot water label is located, simply press the round button to turn on the water heater 20 minutes before use. It will automatically turn off. Please repeat process every time before bath.
    • Winter: Hot water is always available with heating.
  • Air Conditioning:
    • 4 AC units are recommended to be used at the same time to avoid overloading.
    • Keep balcony doors and windows closed while using the AC.
    • Turn off the AC when leaving the apartment.

Quiet Hours

  • Afternoon: 14:00-18:00
  • Night: 23:30-08:00
    Please respect these hours as some residents have special needs.

House Rules

  • Do not throw papers or objects in the toilets.
  • Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
  • No loud music or parties.
  • Use the provided towels for each bed.

Reporting Issues

  • If any issues come up during your stay, let us know promptly.

Departure

  • Leave the space clean and tidy.
  • Use the laundry basket for used towels.
  • Turn off all lights, air conditioners, and appliances before leaving.
